Terms & Conditions

The following information forms the basis of participation in the 1819 Premium Club guest recognition programmed. Your participation in this programmed will be governed by these provisions, and it is in your interest to fully read and understand all of them. Should you require clarification or further information, you may contact the 1819 Premium Club at telephone number (86-21) 6352 2888 ext 1819 or marcom@thebundriversidehotel.com. 1819 Premium Club Programmed Terms and Conditions cannot be superseded or changed except in writing from The Bund Riverside Hotel, Shanghai.

GENERAL

1、	1819 Premium Club Programmed membership and its benefits and services are offered at the sole discretion of The Bund Riverside Hotel, Shanghai.
2、	All Programmed benefits, services, and terms and conditions apply to specific locations by The Bund Riverside Hotel, Shanghai.
3、	1819 Premium Club Programmed Terms and Conditions are governed by and are to be construed under the laws of The People's Republic of China (PRC).
4、	Membership in and application for the 1819 Premium Club Programmed is void if prohibited by law in the country of the member's or applicant's domicile.
5、	The Programmed has no predetermined termination date and may continue until such time as The Bund Riverside Hotel decides to terminate the Programmed.
6、	The Bund Riverside Hotel, Shanghai reserves the right to add, modify, delete or otherwise change any of the terms, conditions, benefits and services pertaining to the Programmed at its sole discretion without prior notice.
7、	Only individuals aged 18 and above are eligible to enroll in 1819 Premium Club Programmed and become 1819 Premium Club Member.
8、	The 1819 Premium Club Membership and Benefits are not transferable.
9、	Programmed membership entitles Members the right to membership benefits, services and bonus mileage which can be received in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Programmed.
10、	The Bund Riverside Hotel, Shanghai reserves the right to discontinue 1819 Premium Club membership for any Member who appears to be using the Programmed in a manner inconsistent with the Terms and Conditions or intent of the Programmed or any portion of the Programmed. The Bund Riverside Hotel, Shanghai also reserves the right to discontinue membership for any Member who acts in a manner inconsistent with the local statutes or ordinances. Discontinued membership will result in the loss of all benefits and privileges.
11、	All interpretations of this Programmed Terms and Conditions shall be at the sole discretion of The Bund Riverside Hotel, Shanghai.
12、	Any Member who has not stayed at The Bund Riverside Hotel, Shanghai once in one calendar year, their membership will be classified as inactive and will result in the forfeiture of any membership benefits. A Member may reactivate his or her membership at Ruby level by staying once or by other such means that The Bund Riverside Hotel, Shanghai may establish.
13、	The Bund Riverside Hotel, Shanghai is not responsible, and assumes no liability, for changes or discontinuance of Partner service.
14、	Nothing in the 1819 Premium Club Programmed Terms & Conditions is intended or shall be construed to create or establish any agency, partnership or joint venture relationship between The Bund Riverside Hotel, Shanghai and the Partners.

BENEFITS AND SERVICES

To receive benefits and services, 1819 Premium Club Member must be a registered, paying guest at The Bund Riverside Hotel, Shanghai and meet all of the following.

Ruby, Amber and Jadeite Memberships

1、	To ensure you receive 1819 Premium Club benefits and services, please provide your 1819 Premium Club membership number or register name when you make your reservation and present when you check-in.
2、	1819 Premium Club will make best-faith efforts to deliver specified benefits and services to you. However, not all benefits and services can be provided out at The Bund Riverside Hotel, Shanghai.
3、	The Bund Riverside Hotel, Shanghai shall not be liable for refunds or for consequential damages resulting from failure to deliver such benefits and services.
4、	The Bund Riverside Hotel, Shanghai has the sole right to amend or withdraw any benefits and services anytime without prior notice.
5、	1819 Premium Club Ruby membership will be extended to Amber members who, in the course of one calendar year, recorded a minimum of 50 qualifying room nights at The Bund Riverside Hotel, Shanghai.
6、	1819 Premium Club Amber membership will be extended to Jadeite members who, in the course of one calendar year, recorded a minimum of 100 qualifying room nights at The Bund Riverside Hotel, Shanghai.
7、	Qualifying criteria may be changed from time to time at the discretion of The Bund Riverside Hotel, Shanghai without prior notice.
8、	You must re-qualify each year for the following year's membership. Only qualifying stays will be counted towards upgrade or re-qualification of membership. Regardless of the number of registered guests per room, only one qualifying stay will be credited to a paying 1819 Premium Club Member per stay.

PERSONAL DATA

1、

In accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, the Member consents to The Bund Riverside Hotel, Shanghai using any personal data (as defined in the Ordinance) supplied in connection with any Programmed for 1819 Premium Club own internal and direct marketing purposes, and consents to The Bund Riverside Hotel, Shanghai supplying such personal data to any other parties to use for such purposes.

By signing the application form to enroll in this Programmed, the Member authorizes The Bund Riverside Hotel, Shanghai to use and disclose certain information for any participating partners and for any internal promotion purposes.
